[ TESTIMONIALS ]“I have been working with Mark for several years and he has helped me make significant gains in my aerobic fitness, threshold endurance, and FTP. I had my best racing results last year as a result of working with him. He has helped me get so much more out of my training hours than I ever thought I could’ve. Thanks, Mark!”

[ FAQ ]Common Questions
-
Sooner than you think. If you're new to cycling, a fit before you log serious miles sets you up right from the start. If you've been riding a while and something feels off (tight hips, knee pain, numb hands), that's your bike telling you something. And if you're preparing for a race or ramping up training, a fit before the big miles hit is always the right call.
-
Yes! Your fit is specific to you and your bike, so bring the bike you ride most. If you have cycling shoes and pedals, bring those too. The more we're working with your actual setup, the more accurate and actionable your fit will be. If you're in the middle of a new bike purchase and don't have one yet, reach out before your appointment and we'll sort out the best approach.
-
Road, triathlon, gravel, mountain — yes. A fit isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is the approach. Each discipline has its own demands, geometry, and rider position, and Mark fits with all of that in mind. If you're not sure whether your setup qualifies, just ask. Odds are, the answer is yes.
-
Life happens, we get it. Just give us as much notice as possible so we can open your slot for another rider. We ask for at least 24 hours. Reach out directly and we'll get you rebooked.
